Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI of “Delizia estense” is obtained by a traditional recipe which sees a balanced blend of grape must and high-quality wine vinegar aged in wooden barrels. It's exceptionally delicate, sweet-sour balanced, aromatic and really delicious. Acidity 6%, Density > 1,16, no preservatives or artificial flavours, gluten free.
